Baked from a recipe handed down through generations of the Baker family, with the fruit soaked in a unique blend of aromatic flavours for a full 24 hours before being baked to ensure a cake that is packed full of flavourful juicy fruit and is deliciously moist throughout. Finished with quality marzipan and your choice of fondant or royal icing and bespoke decoration.
