A great cake needs to start with great ingredients, so I will never compromise on quality. These are my classic sponge cake flavours, and a traditional rich fruit cake matured for a minimum of 3 months to develop the flavours. If you have a favourite dessert or flavour not listed here, let's discuss how I can transform it into cake for you.


Classic light fluffy sponge with a hit of vanilla, filled with a homemade fruit jam and vanilla buttercream.


A rich, yet light, chocolate fudge cake, filled with a chocolate fudge icing. 


Bright and zesty, paired with a bright lemon curd filling and lemon buttercream.


A light and fluffy, yet rich sponge, packed with real decaffeinated coffee filled with a creamy coffee buttercream.


A delicious, moist sponge, layered with a delicate lime buttercream to give that zing typically associated with a cream cheese frosting, but eliminating the need to keep refrigerated.


Another classic, packed full of sweet bananas. Delicious paired with my toffee buttercream.


Sweet, sticky, with a hit of ginger spice, beautifully combined with a classic buttercream and an apple and ginger jam filling.

White Chocolate & Raspberry

A fluffy sponge, speckled with freeze dried raspberries, layered with a creamy white chocolate buttercream and homemade raspberry jam.

Sticky Toffee

A favourite pudding in cake form. Packed full of dates and paired with a toffee buttercream.

Rich Fruit Cake

A rich traditional cake, made using a family recipe handed down through generations. Filled with juicy fruits soaked in my unique blend of aromatic  fruit juices and matured for at least three months to allow the flavours to develop and mellow.

Each cake will be layered with a selection of homemade buttercream and preserves carefully selected to enhance the flavour of the cake, and finished with your choice of quality marzipan, fondant or buttercream.

Each cake is individually priced based on the size, flavour and type of decoration required.

Prices start at £50 for a filled and iced sponge cake with simple decoration.

Cupcakes start from £2.50 each with a minimum order of 6 cakes

Rich fruit cakes, matured for at least 3 months before being coated in a layer of quality marzipan and fondant icing start from £60.



Choosing the cake is one of many couple's favourite parts of organising their wedding. My wedding packages start from £175 for a 2 tier cake or £250 for 3 tiers and include a 1 hour design consultation, a tasting box of up to 3 flavours and full delivery and set up at your venue (even if that's at the beach!)
