Once you have your date and venue secured, fill out my contact form to make your initial enquiry. If I am available on your date we can schedule a short no-obligation phone call in order for me to find out a little more about your requirements and provide you with a price estimate. If that suits your budget, a small booking fee secures the date. 6-9 months before your wedding we will have our design consultation, after which I will give you the final price. This amount is due one month before your wedding

There is no simple answer to this question, as there are so many elements that will affect the final price of your cake. Please see my guide to planning your dream cake for my starting prices, or get in touch to schedule a short 10-minute phone call to discuss your requirements  after which I will be able to provide you with a no obligation estimate.

I'm based centrally in an area between Truro, Redruth, Helston and Falmouth in Cornwall. 

A standard wedding cake slice is 1" x 1" x  height of cake (my tiers are around 4" high), however, if you're serving your cake as dessert, or you know that your guests would prefer a larger slice I can adjust the cake size accordingly. A guide to portion sizes can be found here

Yes! You can have a different flavour cake on each tier, or mix and match to suit your guests' preferences. 

I do! When you come for your design consultation I will provide up to 3 samples of cake for you to enjoy as we chat. If we have your consultation at another location, other than my studio, I will bring the samples in a plastic-free gift box for you to take away and enjoy at your leisure. The price of these is included in your booking fee. If you'd like a box to try but are not yet ready to book with me, I do offer them as a stand alone item to buy too.

Many venues have stands that you can use, so it is always worth asking what they have and what size it is.

Alternatively, I have a selection of stands that can be hired to compliment your cake and show it off to it's full potential. We will discuss how your cake will be presented as part of your design consultation, or ask me for details of my stands at any time.

Absolutely! I will always deliver your cake and set it up at your venue. I liaise with your venue a week or two before your wedding to arrange the best time to deliver, leaving you and your family to relax and enjoy your special day.

I work hard to make sure my prices are as accurate and as low as possible, whilst still maintaining a viable business. However, I understand the constraints of budgeting and that couples still want their dream cake, and with a multitude of ways to help reduce costs I can work with you to try to achieve both.
